Our vision for Art
Our Art and Design vision at Newhey Community Primary School is for children to shine brightly, be ambitious and confident in their efforts and have high aspirations; just like the artists and designers they learn about.
We want children to be proud of their personal acheivements and the achievements of their friends around them. We also want our children to be successful having developed a range of skills and techniques which they feel confident to apply to their art and design work.
At Newhey Community Primary School we strive for success, not just in ther strokes of a brush but in the joy of self-expression and the sense of achievement that comes with every masterpiece.
