Homework
Reading, Timestables and SPaG/Maths are due in on a Monday
- Reading books MUST be completed.
- If anything is not completed for the Monday, a message will be sent home via Class DoJo.
- It is then next expected by Tuesday morning.
- If you haven’t used your second chance to complete the work, on the Tuesday you have the opportunity to attend homework club at break time where you can complete missing homework with a member of staff.
TIMESTABLE TEST – every Monday
I encourage all children to enjoy reading and develop a love for reading. Reading as often as possible improves vocabulary and understanding of words and the world. Please record in your reading record each time you have read (at least one entry each week). Please ensure that this is recorded by a parent or carer. Reading books will be changed every Monday.
Spellings go home on a Tuesday and the test will be the following Tuesday.
Try to encourage your child to do their homework on time and with care!
